Finance Manager

Join Brustolon Buick - GMC as a Finance Manager at our Mystic, CT location. In this role, you will play a key part in driving the financial success of our new car dealership by managing the finance and insurance (F&I) processes, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service.

## Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee all F&I activities including financing, insurance, and warranty products.

- Develop financial packages that meet customer needs while maximizing dealership profitability.

- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations and policies.

- Work closely with sales and management teams to provide a seamless customer experience.

- Maintain accurate records and reports related to F&I transactions.

- Negotiate with lenders and insurance providers to obtain the best rates and terms.

## Requirements

- Proven experience as an F&I Manager in a new car dealership environment.

- Strong knowledge of vehicle financing, insurance products, and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

- High level of integrity and professionalism.
