Bartender - Full Time

At Parks Hospitality Group , we are looking for a friendly and motivated Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team.

In this dynamic role, you’ll do more than just pour drinks—you’ll be the creator of memorable guest experiences. You will provide exceptional beverage service, craft quality cocktails, maintain a clean and organized bar, and ensure a safe, lively, and welcoming environment for everyone who pulls up a stool. What You’ll Do: Greet guests warmly, take orders, and provide menu recommendations.

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including specialty cocktails, following standard recipes. Ensure compliance with state alcohol regulations, including verifying guest identification. Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area, including clearing tables and cleaning equipment. Monitor and replenish bar inventory, notifying management of supply needs.

Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions per hotel procedures . Collaborate with barbacks and other staff to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals. What You’ll Need: A high school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of previous bartending experience.

Strong knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails and mixed drinks. Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in drink preparation and order taking. Good math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills.

Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills. Bartending certification and TIPS training is a plus. Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol.
