CMN Hospital Program Director

Position Summary: The general function of the Children#s Miracle Network (CMN) Program Director is to# direct and coordinate CMN activities and sponsor accounts by scheduling and# attending necessary meetings, sponsor visits, communications, appreciation events,# volunteers, marketing, publicity and training opportunities with the end result being# increased funds raised for CMN.

Develops public interest, understanding, and# goodwill for CMN, the MCHS Foundation, and MCH. This position will use# independent judgement, manage the budget of the fund and have an impact on the# business operations of the organization.

Qualifications

A.

Education

1. Bachelor#s degree required upon hire.
2. Master#s degree preferred.# B. Training and Experience:
3. Strong oral and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal# relation skills.#
4. Should possess a highly professional demeanor and strong# communication skills both in one-on-one encounters and group settings.#
5. Experience in a media or public relations environment.#
6. Must have demonstrated organizational skills and ability to function with# minimal supervision.#
7. Must have demonstrated fundraising skills and knowledge and possess# the ability to research existing and potential sponsors to gain access to the# managerial leadership of those groups. C. Job Knowledge:
8. Must have excellent interpersonal relations, oral and written# communications skills.#
9. Public relations, fundraising and media knowledge, and public speaking# skills necessary.#
