本ポジションは、博士号レベルの専門性を活かしながら、最先端研究を支える技術的パートナーとして活躍いただくポジションです。研究者および社内チームと連携し、科学的知見を実務に結びつけていただきます。 Key Responsibilities / 主な業務内容 Scientific & Technical Expertise Serve as the scientific point of contact for inquiries related to mouse models for human disease and in vivo pharmacology Provide high-level technical consultation to researchers and internal stakeholders Document technical interactions and insights accurately within CRM systems Knowledge Sharing & Customer Engagement Deliver scientific presentations, seminars, and technical tutorials (virtual and in-person) Support commercial teams in customer meetings as a subject-matter expert Continuously expand expertise across therapeutic areas including oncology, immunology, gene/cell therapy, metabolic disease, and aging Requirements Must-Have PhD in Biological Sciences Strong expertise in mouse models and in vivo pharmacology Fluent Japanese and English (written and verbal) Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams Research background in oncology, immunology, or immuno-oncology Preferred Experience in safety, toxicity, GLP, or IND-enabling studies Hands-on experience in genetics, colony management, model development, and experimental design Experience presenting scientific findings to diverse audiences Benefits Why Join?
