We should talk. We’re hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to be the first friendly voice our clients hear. About the Practice At Kinard Animal Hospital , we’ve been serving the pets of Greenwood, SC for over 50 years. What You’ll Help Make Possible Clients who feel welcomed and unrushed from the first phone call to checkout A well-organized schedule that keeps appointments running on time A calm, friendly lobby, even when the phones won’t stop ringing Pet parents who leave feeling informed and confident, especially on hard days A medical team free to focus on patients because the front of house is handled What We’re Looking For Required: 1-2 years of experience in a veterinary setting Availability for 9-hour day shifts Comfortable using computers, phone systems, and scheduling or practice-management software Preferred: A warm, upbeat presence with clients and teammates Organized and detail-oriented Calm and kind when pet parents are stressed or worried A sense of humor, and a real enjoyment of working with people and pets Schedule Full-time, Day shift 9-hour shifts No weekends No holiday shifts required Compensation Compensation for this role ranges from $15.

50 to $17.00 per hour, based on experience and role alignment.
