Risk Management Intern/Recent Grad

Support the buildout and standardization of enterprise risk infrastructure across the firm. This is a high-output, hands-on role - not a shadow experience. Interns own defined workstreams, engage directly with business leaders, and produce deliverables that are used across Legal, Compliance, Cybersecurity, and business operations.

Work will center on enterprise policy and procedure documentation, Risk and Control Matrix development, control gap identification, and risk statement drafting, all within a standardized governance framework. Interns will translate complex business processes into structured, risk-aligned documentation and maintain that work within SharePoint and centralized repositories.
