Registered Nurse

Reports To: Head Nurse Responsibilities : Assessment of patient's, families and community health needs Active role in interviewing and case finding Perform initial interviews, assessment and preparation of patients Execute medical regimens as prescribed by the practitioner Assist practitioners with patient care, on- and off-site Maintain quality nursing care, nursing notes and plans Perform necessary nursing procedures, i.
