Service Valet

Dealership: L0173 Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Bryan College Station Bryan CDJR Reports to: Service Manager Schedule: Flexible & Open Availability Pay: $15/hour with a 60-day pay review Full-time | Onsite Bryan CDJR is looking for a Service Valet to support our customers and keep our busy Service department moving.

Approximately 70% of this role will focus on the Service drive, including greeting customers, managing keys, moving and retrieving vehicles, washing vehicles, and supporting daily vehicle flow. The Service Valet will also assist with our rental and service loaner fleet, helping with vehicle check-in and return, vehicle condition, cleanliness, fuel levels, and overall fleet organization.

This is a great opportunity to get established in dealership operations, learn the Service business, and grow. There is potential to develop into a lead support role as you build experience and take on additional responsibility. What You’ll Do Greet Service customers and assist with vehicle arrival and departure Park, stage, retrieve, and safely move customer and dealership vehicles Maintain organized and accurate vehicle key management Wash and prepare customer vehicles for return after Service Support Service Advisors with vehicle flow and customer needs Assist with rental and service loaner vehicle check-out and return Track loaner keys, mileage, fuel levels, availability, and vehicle condition Clean, fuel, and prepare loaner vehicles for the next customer Maintain clean and organized Service drive, vehicle staging, and loaner areas Follow dealership procedures for the safe handling and operation of vehicles What You'll Bring 6+ months of customer service, hospitality, retail, valet, rental car, or automotive experience preferred Experience providing in-person customer service in a fast-paced environment Experience handling, organizing, or tracking vehicle keys, customer property, inventory, or similar assets preferred Experience safely operating, parking, or moving vehicles preferred Experience with vehicle cleaning, detailing, car wash, or vehicle-preparation duties preferred Experience supporting multiple customers, vehicles, or daily tasks while maintaining accurate organization Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company requirements Availability to work the required dealership schedule, including Saturdays as needed Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including working indoors and outdoors, walking throughout the dealership, and washing and preparing vehicles Total Rewards We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family, including: Competitive pay Medical, Dental and Vision Plans Paid Holidays & PTO Short and Long-Term Disability Paid Life Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee Stock Purchase Plan Lithia Learning Center Vehicle Purchase Discounts Wellness Programs Additional information about our Total Rewards benefits can be reviewed on our careers site at www.
