What You'll Do

Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and text. Match customer needs with available vehicles and dealership offerings. Schedule and confirm sales appointments. Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM. Build knowledge of dealership vehicle inventory, pricing, and promotions. Work with the sales team to support sales goals.

Contact internet leads, referrals, and past customers. Track lead activity and appointment results..

What You'll Bring
