Mō te tūranga mahi | About the role Shift: Sunday to Tuesday- 1:30pm - 1:30am Wednesday- 1:30pm -7:30pm As a Production Team Leader , you’ll play a key role on the factory floor — leading your team to meet production targets safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

You’ll oversee a team of 30–80 people, driving performance, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuring a positive, safe, and inclusive work culture. You’ll be the vital link between production planning, operations, and logistics — making sure every shift runs smoothly and our customers get the quality products they expect, on time, every time.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate production team members to meet daily targets and maintain high standards. Allocate resources and plan rosters to optimise shift efficiency. Provide clear direction, training, and coaching to team members on operating procedures and safety standards. Monitor performance metrics and adjust resources as needed to meet production goals.

Promote a strong health, safety, and food safety culture across your team. Collaborate with supply chain, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve issues and drive improvement. Support continuous improvement and change initiatives across the site. He kōrero mōu | About you You’re a natural people leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll bring: Experience leading or supervising teams in food manufacturing, FMCG, or logistics. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. A proactive and adaptable approach to change. Confidence in analysing production data and using insights to improve performance. A passion for developing others and building a strong, high-performing team.
