THIS IS A SALES POSITION. You'll work directly with customers to understand their needs, explain recommended services and repairs, present solutions, follow up on opportunities, overcome objections, and close sales. You're not turning wrenches. You're building relationships, solving problems, and selling solutions. WE WANT SOMEONE WHO: Has a proven sales track record Is comfortable working on commission Wants their paycheck tied to their performance Knows how to confidently ask for the sale Can build rapport quickly Doesn't give up after the first “no” Follows up relentlessly Is competitive and goal-driven Takes coaching and applies it Holds themselves accountable Wants to WIN If the word commission scares you, this probably isn't your job.
