The Encampment Worker position supports individuals experiencing chronic homelessness by providing mobile outreach, housing focused case management, crisis intervention, and connections to community resources. As part of Alpha House's Encampment Team, you will engage clients where they are, build trusting relationships, and help them work toward long term housing stability and improved wellbeing.
