Caregiver Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Workers to join our team in Ypsilanti, MI. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to our clients, helping them maintain their quality of life and independence in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

• Help with light housekeeping duties and errands

• Monitor clients' health and report any concerns to supervisory staff or healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate records of care provided and client progress

• Follow care plans and company policies to ensure high-quality service

Requirements

• Previous caregiving or related experience is a plus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds as needed

• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Ypsilanti, MI

• Passion for helping others and a compassionate attitude

• Willingness to undergo background checks as required
