Enterprise Projects Senior Manager

The Function Purpose Plan and lead all change processes within the bank, while ensuring all transformation initiatives are well-planned and effectively executed and adhere to optimizing costs and enhancing customer experience. Main Responsibilities Prepare budget estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project.

Refine project budget as needed to ensure timeliness and fiscal responsibility. Ensure availability of financial, material, and human resources required to successfully complete a project. Set project milestones, define performance criteria such as quality standards, deadlines, and cost requirements. Anticipate issues or risks that may arise during the project and develop contingency plans to overcome them.

Carry out internal quality assessments to improve the quality of project deliverables. Overlook the contracts of third-party agencies that offer their services on projects related to the bank. Adhere to manager’s business requests and directions. Background Bachelor’s degree (6+) years of relevant experience
