Banquet Captain

THE ROLE Lead banquet service from setup to close: read BEOs, oversee service standards for all event staff, and give members and guests immediate, courteous attention. You will work closely with the Director of Catering and the Director of Member Events, alongside Food & Beverage, House and Maintenance.
