Key Responsibilities

Technical Skills. Paint chemistry and coating technology. Knowledge of primers, base coats, clear coats, and powder coatings. Surface preparation techniques (cleaning, blasting, phosphating). Paint mixing and color matching. Spray painting and application methods. Dry film thickness (DFT) measurement. Adhesion, hardness, gloss, and corrosion testing.

Root cause analysis of paint defects (orange peel, runs, blistering, peeling, craters, pinholes) Qualification BE ( Mechanical) Experience Technical Skills. Paint chemistry and coating technology.
