Job Summary

Responsibilities

Handle the installation, configuration, updates, and ongoing maintenance of computers, peripheral devices, operating systems, and applications.

Continuously monitor network health, system uptime, and IT assets to guarantee seamless operational continuity. Deploy and sustain essential cybersecurity protocols, data protection strategies, backup procedures, and access control mechanisms. Organize and manage organizational data assets, including digital records, databases, and cloud-based platforms.

Facilitate the design and execution of digital solutions tailored to agricultural initiatives, information services, and general business operations. Guide staff members through IT training sessions, system adoption, and the adoption of best practices. Assess and propose suitable technological tools, software, and digital resources to streamline workflows and boost productivity.

Keep accurate IT documentation, manage inventory logs, oversee user accounts, and track software licenses and technical records. Liaise with third-party technology vendors, service providers, and technical partners as necessary. Remain informed about emerging technological trends and suggest innovative solutions that align with organizational goals.

Ensure all IT services and systems adhere to internal policies and relevant industry standards.
