This is a unique opportunity to inherit a well-established patient panel with deep community roots while practicing in an intimate, collaborative office where providers and staff are committed to exceptional care. Qualifications

M.D. or D.O. degree Board-certified or board-eligible in Family / Internal Medicine. At least two years of experience in primary care.
