Supervisor - Pharmacy Technician

Responsible for the supervision of pharmacy technician staff. The Pharmacy Technician Supervisor will perform clinical pharmacy technician duties including but not limited to preparing and distributing medications, maintaining drug inventory and patient records, and preparing unit dose and intravenous medications for inpatient and outpatient use.

Assists the Director of Pharmacy with day-to-day operational decisions for the department, conducts monthly rounds with technician staff, provides input into departmental/individual performance, and fields internal and external questions and concerns.
