Retirement Specialist - Taguig City

We are seeking a Retirement Specialist to join a fast-growing team in Taguig City. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their retirement planning and providing comprehensive support throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

Guide clients through their retirement options and benefits Provide personalized consultations to assess clients' financial situations Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions Collaborate with team members to enhance the retirement services offered Stay updated on relevant retirement policies and industry trends Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics Requirements Must be a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate Has solid experience with U.

S. retirement plans (e.g., 401(k), annuities, life insurance), including withdrawals, applications, loans, and policy handling Background in voice and non-voice financial accounts is an advantage Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English Must be familiar with plan documents, procedures, and financial products/services Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up in Taguig City Amenable to work on shifting schedule Can start ASAP Benefits Free HMO Free Dependents Night Differential Program Incentives Please note that this is contingent to the final company or account you'll be profiled to.
