ACT Peer Support Advocate - Adult Services - Brattleboro

Job description
Seeking a full time Peer Support Advocate to be part of the Healthworks Assertive Community Treatment program in Brattleboro. Peer Support Advocates use their lived experiences of receiving mental health services, substance use challenges, homelessness, or other adversity to connect with and advocate for Healthworks participants.
Successful applicants will bring or be willing to develop familiarity with harm reduction, disability justice, the psychiatric survivor movement, as well as having a strong racial and economic justice lens. On the job training is provided. This position works closely with other providers at Groundworks and Brattleboro Memorial Hospital.
The pay for this position is $22-24 per hour.
