Director of Revenue and Financial Planning - Finance Department - Springfield

HCRS is seeking a Director of Revenue and Financial Planning to join our dedicated finance team. The Director of Financial Planning & Revenue Management is a senior finance leader responsible for the organization's financial planning, forecasting, financial analysis, revenue performance, and revenue integrity functions.

The position provides strategic financial insight to the Deputy CFO, executive leadership, and program leaders to support sound financial decision-making, sustainable growth, effective resource allocation, and improved financial performance. Our ideal candidate will have a relevant master's degree, 7-10 years of progressively responsible experience in relevant work, and experience in healthcare finance.

The pay for this position is between $120,000-$130,000 annually.
