Project Manager (AV, Lighting, Shading, Control)

You Have: Experience on construction sites as a Project Manager in AV/LV. Knowledge of the built environment and experience with all three phases of implementation (Rough/Trim/Final).

Mon-Fri: 7:30am-4:30pm Your Manager: Christian, Owner Primary Point of Contact: Client, In-House Staff, Other Trades, GC, Architect, Rep Scope of Work: Receive complete proposals and scope; understand, deliver, troubleshoot as needed Engineering Documents: Help create engineering docs for new construction projects Project Timeline/Scheduling: Planning, Proactive, Aligned to Resources Project Profitability: Keep actual hours at/below budgeted hours, remove redundancy and errors Work Orders: Issue to team, coordinate with third parties Quality Control: Ensure all work meets SOW, Plans, Company Standards, Client Expectations Plan sets/Blueprints: Read, interpret, manifest, mark-up, distribute to team Change Orders: Create, submit, get approval, confirm payment, execute Environment: Work on construction sites with situational awareness $80k/year base
