Make a Difference in Your Community The Department of Public Health for St. Louis County Government is actively looking to hire a Public Health Nurse  (PHN) to join their team. This nursing position will provide community nursing needs through the Public Health Nursing program. This is Public Health Nursing with depth, not drive-by outreach.

You will work with approximately 15 prenatal and postpartum families through weekly or every-other-week home visits, using trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, case management, and community referrals to help families stabilize before crisis.
