PT/OT/PTA/OTA Flexible Schedule - Home Care

Pay: $60.00 - $90.00 per visit Job description: Caring Hearts Homecare is looking to hire therapists (PT, OT, PTA, OTA) for Per Diem positions. Locations: Area 1: Boston, South Boston, South End, Dorchester, Roxbury, W. Roxbury, Mattapan, Hyde Park, Jamaica Plain, Roslindale. Area 2: Quincy, Weymouth, Randolph, Braintree, Brockton.

Qualifications

Hands-on therapy experience. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong interpersonal skills. Good computer skills. Flexibility to travel to cases as assigned.

Responsibilities include

Provide professional therapy care to clients in their homes. Assess, evaluate, and teach clients regarding their disease processes and treatments. Review, implement, and follow the plan of care and perform re-evaluations of the client's care needs. Provide hands-on therapy care. Collaborate with clients’ primary doctors, other providers, and caregivers in care delivery.
