LPN/RN/Full Time/Part Time/Flexible Schedule

Caring Hearts Homecare is looking to hire Nurses (RNs and LPNs) PER DIEM positions in: Area 1: Medford, Malden, Chelsea, Revere, Lynn, Winthrop.

Qualifications

A current nursing license in Massachusetts RN or LPN. Hands-on nursing experience. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong interpersonal skills. Good computer skills. Flexibility to travel to cases as assigned.

Responsibilities

Provide professional nursing care to clients in their homes. Assess, evaluate, and teach clients regarding their disease processes and treatments. Review, implement, and follow the plan of care and perform re-evaluations of the client's care needs. Provide hands-on nursing care, like administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.

Collaborate with clients’ primary doctors, other providers, and caregivers in care delivery.

Benefits

Competitive Pay Per Visit! Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $30 per visit. Registered Nurse (RN): $35 per visit and $50 - $150 for OASIS. Paid Holidays. Paid Sick days.
