Procurement & Vendor Management Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and selecting suppliers in line with company policies Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of goods and services Monitor supplier performance, pricing, and delivery timelines Maintain strong relationships with vendors to support operational needs
Inventory Management Track inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability Coordinate stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking Conduct periodic inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies
Logistics & Distribution Coordinate with logistics providers for timely delivery of goods Monitor shipment schedules and resolve delivery issues Ensure proper documentation for all inbound and outbound logistics
Planning & Coordination Support demand planning and forecasting activities Work closely with internal departments (e.g., operations, finance) to align supply chain processes Assist in developing and improving supply chain procedures
Reporting & Compliance Prepare regular reports on procurement, inventory, and logistics performance Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes
