Medical Records Clerk

Job Description: The Medical Records Clerk is responsible for assisting with the completion of visit notes, tracking and obtaining signed orders from medical practitioners.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED Two years recent work experience, preferably in customer service or home care. Strong verbal skills and written communication skills. Good organizational skills.
