Accounts Supervisor

Job Description The Finance & Accounting Supervisor is responsible for safeguarding the financial health of the organization by ensuring the accuracy of financial information, strengthening financial controls, managing cash flow and credit risk, supporting business decision-making, and developing a high-performing finance team.

The role exists to provide management with reliable financial information, improve financial performance, protect company assets, reduce financial risk, and ensure compliance with all statutory and company requirements. This role is responsible for transforming financial data into actionable business insights, improving financial discipline across the organization, and ensuring the Finance Department contributes directly to business growth and operational excellence.

14. Quality Management System (QMS) Responsibilities Desired Qualifications, Experience & Skills Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, CPA, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years experience in Accounting or Finance. Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Strong understanding of financial reporting principles. Working knowledge of Guyana tax, NIS, VAT, and statutory requirements. Experience with accounting software and financial reporting systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:45 am - 4:30 pm, Saturday: 8:00 am - 12:30 pm Salary Range: GYD 230,001

• GYD 325,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
