Direct Sales - EPC

Direct Sales Executive | Solar Rooftop EPC Position: Direct Sales Executive Department: Sales Industry: Solar Rooftop / EPC Location: [Location] Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and identify new customers for solar rooftop EPC projects . Conduct direct sales visits and meet residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions. Explain project benefits, pricing, ROI, and government subsidy options. Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical team for site surveys. Follow up with leads from enquiry to closure. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a smooth sales-to-project handover.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in direct sales / field sales , preferably in solar, EPC, electrical, or related industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills. Proactive approach with good lead-generation ability. Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits. Target-oriented and comfortable working in a field-sales environment.

Preferred: Experience in Solar Rooftop / EPC sales will be an added advantage.
