Process Improvement Specialist

Under the supervision of the Director Process Improvement, supports the development of a culture of continuous improvement across the health system through coaching, facilitation, training, improvement project support, and administration. Partners with frontline staff through leadership to apply the Tahoe Forest process improvement approach to improve processes, outcomes, and the experience of patients, staff, physicians, and the community.

Serves as an improvement coach and facilitator, helping teams build problem-solving capability, while supporting improvement measurement, project tracking, and organizational learning.
