Process Improvement Specialist II

Under the supervision of the Director Process Improvement, supports the development of a culture of continuous improvement across the health system through coaching, facilitation, training, and improvement project support. Partners with frontline staff through leadership to apply the Tahoe Forest process improvement approach to improve processes, outcomes, and the experience of patients, staff, physicians, and the community.

Leads complex improvement initiatives, facilitates strategic problem-solving efforts, delivers improvement education, and supports adoption of the process improvement approach through coaching, mentoring, and change leadership.
