Hub WW Job Function: Media Job Subfunction: Media Planning and Buying Job Description: As an Account Manager at Mediahub, across Royal Caribbean & Etsy, you will be at the forefront of client interaction for the UK and EMEA (Etsy) responsible for understanding their needs, developing tailored media strategies, using the relevant Mediahub tools and planning process, whilst ensuring flawless campaign execution.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve client objectives, manage budgets effectively, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction while delivering impactful media solutions. Across Etsy & Royal Caribbean, leveraging your expertise in media planning, you’ll will deliver high-impact brand awareness campaigns for major sponsored events while adopting a more tactical approach for product launches.

This role offers the opportunity to shape standout campaigns that captures attention and engages audiences. At Mediahub your roles and responsibilities will be centred around the below core competencies. These include but are not limited to: Client Service Work to understand your client’s pressures and internal demands to ensure Mediahub is responding to their needs and shaping our service delivery around them Establish a high level of trust with clients Have a solid understanding of Mediahub’s disciplines, ensuring that you never send on information that you do not fully understand yourself Ensure the agency’s output is always of the highest quality Media Strategy & Execution Coordinate the agency’s response to cross-market media briefs, across a variety of media channels and in partnership with our comms strategy teams Use a variety of data sources and research techniques to develop a deep understanding of your clients’ brands, competitive contexts and their target audiences’ attitudes and behaviours Continually push the bar for more creative, innovative media solutions Confidently leverage planning tools to add rigor to our audience and channel planning responses Desired Skills and Experience: understanding of online and offline planning knowledge of industry tools and research techniques A working knowledge of ad tech including ad-servers, bid management tools and DSPs knowledge of big data and digital analytics tools and platforms Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills Impeccable organizational skills, comfortable with multitasking and running multiple projects simultaneously Experience working with multiple stakeholders, e.

g. suppliers, advertising/marketing agencies, media owners and internal specialist resources

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
