Director, Technology Risk Management

Finance of America is seeking a Director, Technology Risk Management to drive enterprise risk management across cloud, cybersecurity, AI, and third-party ecosystems. Reporting to the VP of Technology Risk Management, this role leads risk framework execution, defines risk appetite and KRIs, and delivers data-driven insights to senior leadership.

Responsibilities include

strengthening controls, managing risk issues, supporting SOX ITGC compliance, and embedding risk practices into product and technology processes. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of experience in technology risk or cybersecurity within regulated environments and strong leadership skills.
