Job description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the growth of their Real World Evidence (RWE) business serving pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare industry clients. This role combines project leadership, client engagement, solution development, and business development. The successful candidate will manage multiple client projects, develop tailored solutions, and contribute to the expansion of our service offerings.
In addition to maintaining and growing existing client relationships, the individual will play a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Requirements
Experience in project management, consulting, healthcare analytics, pharmaceutical industry, CRO, or RWE-related functions. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client-facing projects simultaneously. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to develop client-focused solutions and manage complex engagements.
Business-level Japanese and English communication skills.
