Customer Care Coordinator Quest International, Inc. – Irvine, CA Location: Irvine, CA – 100% onsite Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour Employment: Full-time, temp-to-hire About the Position Quest International is looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to support our customers and Field Service team.

This is a phone-based customer service position. You will answer customer calls, create service requests, help coordinate technician appointments, follow up on open requests, and keep customers updated.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer calls Create and update service tickets and work orders Help schedule technicians and service appointments Follow up on open customer requests Provide customers with status updates Handle customer questions and concerns professionally Maintain accurate customer and service information Use email and company computer systems to document activity Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone throughout the day Basic computer skills Strong organization and follow-up skills Able to manage multiple requests at the same time Able to work onsite in Irvine Monday through Friday Previous experience in customer service, call centers, scheduling, dispatch, administrative support, or service coordination is helpful.

Experience with CRM, ERP, ticketing, or service-management systems is a plus, but training is available.
