B2B Market Intelligence & Outreach Specialist Location: Irvine, CA – 100% Onsite Pay: $28.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Employment: Full-time Quest International is looking for a B2B Outreach Specialist to help identify potential business opportunities through company research and outbound calling.

This position involves making approximately 80–120 outbound business calls per day and speaking with business contacts and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to businesses Research companies and potential customers Speak with decision-makers and identify business needs Introduce Quest International’s services Qualify potential leads Follow up with interested contacts Enter call notes and updates into the CRM Maintain accurate contact and lead information Meet daily call and follow-up goals Qualifications Experience with cold calling, B2B outreach, lead generation, inside sales, or business development Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls Strong phone and communication skills Experience using a CRM or lead-tracking system Basic Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills Strong organization and follow-up skills Able to work onsite in Irvine Monday through Friday Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) Life insurance Opportunities for growth Quest International is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
