Project Title: Baha Mar Casino Hotel Job Title: Security & Investigations Manager Baha Mar Casino Hotel’s Security & Investigations Manager will work with the Director of Security in the investigation of on and off property crimes against guests and fellow employees; including assaults, property crimes, fraud and incidents of vandalism to hotel property.

• Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice preferred
• 3 years + as a Security Investigation Manager or 5 years + of experience as a Senior Investigations Officer
• Must have Hospitality experience Description of Responsibilities Baha Mar Casino Hotel’s Security & Investigations Manager will work with the Director of Security in the investigation of on and off property crimes against guests and fellow employees, including assaults, property crimes, fraud and incidents of vandalism to hotel property.

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimum delivery of hotel security & investigations services, balancing a pragmatic approach with the need to consistently deliver services to a standard of excellence
• Manage security team to respond promptly to emergency situations, security problems and disturbances
• Collect evidence and interview involved parties
• Oversee a safety program which enhances safety procedures, awareness and training of security officers for the prevention of theft, injuries and other emergencies
• Assign security officers to patrol interior and exterior areas of hotel property efficiently and effectively
• Liaise with Bahamian and all Baha Mar campus security teams
• Execute security concepts, practices, and procedures following Baha Mar campus standards
• Observe and report suspicious activities and persons immediately
• Provide written and oral court testimony as needed
• Develop crime investigation reports; review and maintain Daily Activity and Incident Reports
• Adhere to security policies and procedures ensuring the highest level of safety
• Uphold the highest standards of courtesy and conduct exceeding expectations
• Total compliance with Baha Mar’s standards of operation
• Stay current on security/surveillance best practices and industry trends
• Perform other duties as assigned
