Brand: Resort Services Job Title: Assistant Food & Beverage Manager – CTF F&B Reports to: Assistant Director of Casino F&B Baha Mar’s Assistant Food & Beverage Manager for CTF will work closely with the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to ensure that all food and beverage operations run efficiently, profitably, and in line with the highest service standards.

This individual must be dynamic, service-oriented, and hands-on, leading a high-performing team while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced casino environment. • Minimum 5 years food and beverage experience at a premium food and beverage outlet and or hotel.
• Minimum 2 year’s experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor or Captain in a premium restaurant, bar or related field, preferably in a luxury or ultra-luxury environment
• Hospitality/Tourism experience preferred Physical Requirements
• Must be able to exert physical effort in transporting 30 lbs, endure various physical movements throughout the work areas, reach up and down and remain stationary at times throughout work periods.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time. Description of Responsibilities Baha Mar’s Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will work together with the Food & Beverage Manager to organize and supervise the restaurant operation. This individual will be actively involved in promoting good relations with guests and staff members.

Responsibilities

Direct smooth, efficient, cost-effective operation, including labor management, supervision of all aspects of services, scheduling, and inventory control. Monitor all daily sales, ordering, par levels and costs for outlet Direct and organize the activities of the CTF F&B outlets Maintain the highest standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits through "outstanding" customer service Conduct regular meetings and ensure employees adhere to established policies and procedures Monitor and follow-up on employee training to ensure CTF F&B standards of service are understood Proactively support all service tactics always adhering to company policies Build positive working relationships through teamwork and clear communication Strive for continuous improvement while delivering high levels of professionalism Ensure that all safety, sanitation, energy management, preventative maintenance and other standards are consistently met Immediately report any security, maintenance, housekeeping issues to management Greet guests and oversee actual service on a regular basis to ensure consistency of excellent service standards Suggest new techniques of service for maximum guest satisfaction at minimum operating costs Total compliance with CTF F&B standards of operation Stay current on hospitality best practices and industry trends Perform other duties as assigned
