Entry-Level Automotive Technician

Coughlin Kia of Lewis Center is looking to hire full-time Entry-level Auto Technicians. This position offers a competitive wage dependent on experience. Our flat-rate hour compensation program allows you to maximize your earning potential.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN

• Automobile repair experience

• Knowledge of methods, materials, and tools used in vehicle repair and maintenance

The work schedule is flexible, typically around 40 hours per week, but there is no cap on hours turned for flat rate techs. Service departments areclosed on Sundaysandonly open until 6 pmduring the week.

Responsibilities:

• Determine and repair damaged parts

• Communicate with parts department to obtain necessary parts

• Document all repairs performed

• Document all materials used

• Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner

• Follow all company safety procedures

• Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations such as the disposal of hazardous waste
