What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and schedule field technicians and office staff
• • Own dispatch, capacity, and daily job flow
• • Track KPIs - revenue, close rates, callbacks, reviews
• • Coach the team and hold quality standards
• • Partner with ownership on growth

What We're Looking For

• Operations or field-service management experience (HVAC/plumbing a plus)
• • Strong leadership and communication skills
• • Comfortable with field-service software and numbers
• • Valid driver's license
