What You'll Be Doing

• Create short-form video and social content (field shoots + editing)
• • Manage social media and local online presence
• • Support paid campaigns and track lead performance
• • Coordinate with the team on promotions and offers
• • Report on what's driving calls and booked jobs

What We're Looking For

• Content creation / social media experience
• • Comfort with video editing and basic analytics
• • Home-services or trades marketing a plus
• • Self-starter who can own projects end to end
