Life Insurance Customer Service Representative - Cebu

We are looking for CSRs to join a fast growing account in Cebu. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to valued clients through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and customer profiling.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes Provide product and service information to assist customers with their needs Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets Requirements Completed High School (Old Curriculum) with at 4 years BPO experience OR Completed at least 1st year in college with 3 years BPO experience OR Completed at least 2nd year in college or Senior High School with 2 years BPO experience OR Completed at least 3rd year in college with at least 1 year BPO experience Amenable to work on Graveyard shift and shifting schedule Willing to work fully onsite Salary Package: 18,500 + 5675 allowances Benefits Salary Package: 18,500 + 5675 allowances HMO Night Differential
