Rehabilitation Team Supervisor Job Description: The Rehabilitation Team Supervisor oversees and supports rehabilitation staff across all disciplines to ensure effective clinical programs, regulatory compliance, and quality patient care. Schedule: Shift: 8-hour days Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week Weekend Requirements: None On-Call Requirements: None Responsibilities: Supervise and support rehabilitation team members across all disciplines.

Ensure clinical programs operate effectively and consistently. Lead and participate in facility meetings as scheduled by management. Assist in developing and implementing new clinical programs and initiatives. Monitor compliance with screening policies and documentation standards. Oversee timely completion of clinical documentation and chart audits.

Ensure staff follow established policies and procedures. Collaborate with facility and upper management to support rehabilitation goals and maintain quality care. Submission Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech-Language Pathology (SLP), or Physical Therapy (PT) — Required.

Long-term care (LTC) or rehabilitation experience — Required. Active professional license — Required. State License Requirement: Oklahoma
