Job Summary** Lead and manage the sales team in Udaipur for Loan Against Property (LAP) products, driving revenue growth and market share through effective strategy implementation and team development. Job Responsibilities** * Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for LAP products in the Udaipur region.

Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives, ensuring their continuous performance improvement and professional development. * Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including builders, DSA partners, and financial intermediaries. * Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to sanction and disbursement, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies and product offerings effectively. * Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management. * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Collaborate with credit, operations, and other internal teams to streamline processes and resolve customer issues efficiently. * Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and internal policies related to LAP sales. Job Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA is a plus. * Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role within the Loan Against Property (LAP) segment. * Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets. * Strong understanding of the Udaipur real estate market and local demographics.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. * Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Knowledge of financial products, lending processes, and regulatory compliance specific to LAP.
