Store Crew

The Store Crew is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with bakery and pastry selections, maintaining product display quality, and ensuring overall store cleanliness and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Recommend and upsell bakery, pastry, and cake products Handle cashiering and POS transactions accurately Prepare and pack products according to company standards Monitor product freshness and ensure proper display arrangement (FIFO) Replenish stocks and coordinate low inventory levels Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the store at all times Follow food safety and hygiene standards Support daily store operations and opening/closing procedures Requirements Qualifications At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate With experience in food & beverage, bakery, or retail is an advantage Customer-oriented and with good communication skills Trustworthy, hardworking, and team player Willing to work on shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays Willing to be assigned in: SM East Ortigas SM Mall of Asia SM Megamall SM North EDSA Robinsons Place Manila Venice Grand Canal Mall SM City Marilao Benefits Work Schedule 6 days a week Shifting schedule
