Human Capital Strategist

At NestifyTech Solutions, We are hiring a visionary Human Capital Strategist to design and implement forward-thinking talent strategies that align with long-term business goals. This role will analyze workforce trends, assess organizational capabilities, and shape leadership and culture programs.

Responsibilities

Develop human capital strategies to support business transformation and growth. Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives. Conduct organizational assessments and advise on structure, roles, and capabilities. Partner with senior leadership on change management and employee engagement.

Use data-driven insights to drive DEI, learning, and leadership strategies. Required Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in HR strategy, consulting, or organizational development. Strong understanding of talent frameworks, workforce analytics, and culture design. Experience influencing C-suite or executive stakeholders.

Background in management consulting or enterprise HR is preferred.
