• LOUISVILLE, KY, Salary Range: Undisclosed, INTEC BUILDING SERVICES Job Description: Packaging Associate Job Title: Packaging Associate Company: Intec Building Services Location: Packaging Plant, Louisville, KY Shift: 3rd Shift (Overnight) Schedule: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, 12-hour shifts Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour Reports To: Production Supervisor Position Summary Intec Building Services is seeking dependable and hardworking Packaging Associates to work at a packaging manufacturing facility in Louisville, Kentucky. This position is responsible for packing, inspecting, sorting, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and completing 12-hour overnight shifts. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Pack finished products into boxes, containers, or other designated packaging materials. Inspect products for visible defects, damage, or quality concerns. Sort, count, and organize products according to production requirements. Label, seal, and prepare packages for storage or shipment. Assemble boxes and prepare packaging materials as needed. Monitor products moving along production or packaging lines. Maintain an organized and clean workstation. Follow production instructions and established quality standards. Report damaged products, equipment concerns, and safety hazards to the supervisor. Meet established production and packaging expectations. Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies. Perform additional packaging and production duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Previous packaging, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required. Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Good attention to detail and product quality. Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a production environment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn production and packaging procedures. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during a 12-hour shift. Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive hand movements. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Ability to handle packaging materials and finished products. Ability to work in an active manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels. Safety and Workplace Expectations Employees are expected to: Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE). Follow manufacturing facility safety procedures.

Keep hands and personal items away from moving machinery. Never operate equipment without proper authorization and training. Immediately report unsafe conditions, injuries, or equipment concerns. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Follow attendance, timekeeping, and workplace conduct policies. Comply with all production quality and safety requirements.
