RYA Mgr of Training & Compliance

The Manager of Training will ensure that employees are trained in accordance with the policy and procedures of the Company.

Responsible for training required Station and support personnel in accordance with company policies and procedures. Responsible for maintaining Ryan Air customer service and cargo service standards. Ensures that the proper processes are utilized to accept, store and handle mail and freight. Ensures that the proper processes are utilized to stage, load and unload aircraft. Ensures that all mail and freight received is accurately processed, including input into TakeFlite. Liaise with management to determine training needs and schedule training sessions. Design effective training courses. Cond
