Villa East is looking for an Admissions & Marketing Coordinator who brings personality, compassion, and follow-through to every interaction. Choosing senior care can feel overwhelming. You’ll help residents and families feel welcome, informed, and supported—from their first phone call and community tour through admission day.

Along the way, you’ll build relationships with local healthcare partners and help introduce more families to Villa East. What you’ll do Be a friendly, responsive contact for prospective residents, families, hospitals, and referral partners. Lead engaging tours that help people picture life at Villa East. Coordinate referrals and admissions with nursing, social services, and the business office.

Gather admission documents and help families understand the process, payment options, and next steps. Follow up on inquiries and maintain organized referral records and waiting lists. Build relationships with hospital discharge planners, case managers, and community organizations. Bring fresh ideas to marketing, outreach, advertising, and community events.

Track admissions, discharges, referral activity, and occupancy trends. Protect resident privacy and help every new resident feel expected and welcomed. What you’ll bring An approachable personality and a genuine interest in working with older adults and their families. Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.

The ability to manage changing priorities while keeping people informed. Experience in senior living, healthcare admissions, marketing, social services, or a related field preferred. Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, insurance verification, and long-term care admissions preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; related college coursework preferred.

LPN or RN licensure is welcome but is not required for this admissions and marketing role. Ability to participate in local outreach and community events. Why Villa East?
